Dip your toes in the water or tie up your boat at the dock. Spend your days outside with endless activities year round & end the day relaxing in the luxurious hot tub. You will love all the amenities of home including washer/dryer, king tempur-pedic memory foam mattress, all in a tranquil cottage setting. The space This beautiful cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront getaway. It is an accessible single family dwelling on a private waterfront lot with a large paved driveway and a private dock. There is a large deck and a hot tub as well as a fire pit area. Napoleon BBQ and a Traeger smoker (bring your own pellets) are available for your use! The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! A large eat in dining table provides ample seating. All appliances are newly updated and we have a coffee bar with coffee maker, Nespresso machine and coffee grinder (complimentary local coffee provided). There is also tea, sugar and creamer provided. Important to Note!! Pricing is based on accommodation for 7 people with the use of 3 bedrooms. Guests can request the additional 4th bedroom by entering 9 guests and it will be added for $60/night. Special couples pricing for 2 guests is available for a 3 night min. There are surveillance cameras located outside as part of the security system. Swimming conditions vary throughout the summer due to the dam and cannot be guaranteed however it is generally good for swimming. Pre-approval for day guests required. Extra charges will apply for large family gatherings etc. Due to several problem guest experiences, we do not accept more than 6 adults (ex. 3 couples or 2 families) for weekend stays ** however exceptions can be made for longer summer stays to accommodate families - please contact me to discuss prior to booking!
